Midwinter’s Maker Monday Builds New Bridges between Libraries and Communities

Hi,

I wonder to know if the underlined words are all proper nouns?

I also like to know what's the meaning of "Maker movement" I've searched for it and I've found this:

What is the Maker Movement? - Definition from Techopedia

Is this definition correct?

Because the sentence doesn't make any sense to me. You need to provide some context if you want some help.

Midwinter

Here you can find whole the text, Sorry but I didn't know which phrase would be helpful for you to understand the whole concept so I've linked it.

Thank you

Yes, they are all proper nouns. "Midwinter" is a shorthand reference to "ALA Midwinter," which apparently was some type of convention or group meeting.

At this vent they had a "Maker Monday," which they dedicated to the discussion of "makerspaces" in libraries.

This is all industry jargon. Unless you are a librarian, I would forget about this article.
