    limit / limitation

    1.
Is there any difference between "There is no limit to human ability." and "There are no limits to human ability."?
I checked my dictionary and I found out that limit can be used in the singular and plural form. Can we say it depends on the context?
    2.
And what's the difference between limit and limitation, please?

    1. Either way is OK. It's more a matter of style or context.

    2. To me, "limitation" seems to be something imposed from outside, where a "limit" may be either internal or external.

    Thanks SoothingDave.
I would really appreciate it if others can help more with the second question.
