Hello everyone,

Can we use any of these in formal writing? (Just tell me their number)

1_It's no good playing football in the rain
2_It's no use ....
3_It's no worth getting a cab.
4_It's a wast of time cleaning my car.
5_There's no point in complaining.

I want your suggestions. (I know I should not use contractions in formal writings.)

Thanks in advance.

What do you mean by "Just tell me their number"?

I'm not sure in what kind of formal writing you would need to use a sentence like "It's not worth getting a cab".

In general, in business letter.

I mean you needn't tell me the whole phrases, you can just tell me their number.

I still have no idea what you're talking about. What number? There are no numbers in your post and we don't refer to the correctness or otherwise of sentences by using numbers.
