[General] Please correct this letter -Resignation

Dear Committee Members
Thank you for paying heed to my request to relieve me from the
Treasurer position because of my full time involvement in another job,
I am currently engaged. I am happy to see that the committee could find
someone to succeed to the Treasurer position in a short time period.


I think the time has come and I hereby, submit my resignation from my
position as Treasurer of --------------Society, effective 27th of Feb, 2013.


I thank you for the cooperation that you have provided me during the
last five years. I have enjoyed working for the society and appreciate
the support provided by the committee members, specially the
ex president Mr --------------, Mrs ----------- and Mr ---------.


I also request the committee to solve the computer problem ASAP
because the new treasurer is unable to commence the bookkeeping work though
the books have been finalised. I intend to hand over the books at the
coming committee meeting and in the circumstance of a laptop
with MYOB software not available at this time, the new treasurer can record the
transactions manually and update the the accounts later. A hard copy
of the accounts will be made available to ease the manual operation.
