None of them is entirely correct. I have made some amendments to make each one grammatically correct, but I have added a more natural suggestion below.

When comparing two laptops, what specifications should be taken into consideration?

Aha! That's the word I was searching for. I changed "aspects/factors" to "specifications" but I knew it wasn't quite the word. "Features" is perfect.
