I have an Indian student who is having a lot of difficulty with the "oh" sound (ɕʊ) - we've been practicing for several days with various sites but he's making very little progress. Has anyone got any ideas what I should do next. This morning a couple of words came out correct and then he lost it again!
Thanks for any help you can offer,

You can encourage him to draw his lips closer together during the second part of the diphthong.
