1. There aren't any mails in the mail box.

For the above sentence, I would correct it to:
There isn't any mail in the mail box

For the above sentence, I would correct it to:
There is no mail in the mail box.

3. There is a boy in the bus.

For the above sentence, I would correct it to:
There is a boy on the bus.

I have marked all of your corrections as correct but bear in mind they are for BrE. I think "There is a boy in the bus" might be OK in AmE.

I have marked all of your corrections as correct but bear in mind they are for BrE. I think "There is a boy in the bus" might be OK in AmE. In some circumstances, possibly, but most often "on".
