" As your days, " versus " as your days, "

    Examples:

    Deuteronomy 33:25

" As your days, so shall your strength be."

" as your days, so shall your strength be."

Can I start this verse or any other statement preceded by ellipsis with an upper case letter? I want to make it a rule. By the way, I noticed that after ellipsis native speakers using either way. Is it a style?

No. You have indicated that 'as' is not the first word of a sentence.
