    Is this a correct sentence? Please help

    "Regarding your issue, still you are facing the computer slow issue or now normal. Please confirm. If this continues, I will connect your computer remotely and check the issue".

    Couldn't infinitive marker "to" work better than conjunction "and" over here?

    It is possible, but it's not better.
