It might depend on the time you have because discussing Reading Comprehension can be very time-comsuming. In terms of grammar/vocabulary, it could make sense to sort out the most common mistakes first, revise the corresponding grammar or vocabulary and then offer the same tasks to do individually, in pairs or groups. Alternatively, you could divide the class into several groups (teams), give each group a separate set of common mistakes and ask them to come up with correct answers and explanations (consulting dictionaries and course books). In this case, it might be wise to set a time limit.

These are some very general ideas - some might not work if, for example, the students are not used to pair work.
