Welcome to the forum. Please look at the corrections I made in red. Remember the rules of written English:

    - Start every sentence with a capital letter.
    - End every sentence with one punctuation mark.
    - Always capitalise the word "I" (first person singular).
    - Always capitalise proper nouns (English, Malaysia, London, Kuala Lumpur).
    - The contraction of "I am" is "I'm".
    - Use full English words in the forum. Do not write "u", write "you". "Plssssss" is not a word.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    Welcome to the forum, Shamirz.

Please have a careful look at the changes I have made to your English and your punctuation, and try to write your future questions in the same way. Please note that we start all sentences with capital letters, and we end them with appropriate punctuation marks. We do not write in bold format, and we don't use the sort of short-cuts that you see in phone text messages.

I'm not a teacher of English, but I have spoken it for (almost) all of my life....

With the exception of one of us choosing "business" and the other "industry", it's good to see our corrections were identical, Grumpy. It makes a change for native speakers to agree quite so entirely on anything on this forum!
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

The grammar book that I would recommend is Michael Swan's Practical English Usage. It's full of good explanations of grammar, and also real usage and tricky areas. It's an essential book IMO and you won't regret buying it. It's a book for life.

This book is very popular - you will probably find it in the nearest bookshop.

Simply out of curiosity, why don't you listen to what teachers and native speakers tell you here, on this site?
