    subjunctive with not

    Hi,

1- I advise that you not return to work until 10 pm.

2- I advise that you do not return to work until 10 pm.

I know that normally sentence 1 is OK in negative sentences, but I would like to ask if the second one is OK or not because I have read this sentence ''do is not used in negative subjunctive sentences'' in the site 'bbc.co.uk '.

    Thanks.
