Hi friends. I am writing a song and I need to know if this phrase has some sense or wich real meaning has for native English speakers. Thanks in advance.

"Don´t turn yourself to the stranger you know"

Thanks again,

Matt.

Question, of course, as I imagine you know. ;-)

Your sentence means nothing to me. Your 'to' should probably be 'into' (you turn to a source of help, you turn into another thing). But you can't know a stranger.

Examples: He turned to his parents for help.

But He turned into a werewolf. Note the 'turn' doesn't need an object, as volver [se] does. (Although, with a magic trick an object is possible: He turned the handkerchieves into a string of flags.)
