using past perfect or past simple

    Hello
Could you give me advice. I have already written E-mail, it was my home assignment. But I'm not sure that one of my sentences is right by grammar aspect. Here is it: "According to the graphs, statistic another information that you had sent us, we made a decision about improving business of your company". I have doubt about using past perfect. The previous sentence is: "We just have ended our meeting, where we discussed Caferoma’s problems."
    Thank you for your help.

Re: using past perfect or past simple

    Welcome to the forum, Alex.

The past simple would be the most natural tense in that sentence, in my opinion.
