    Unhappy Which one is proper?

    Hi, teachers:I just encounered a problem, please help me out, thanks in advance:I just want to know which of the following stences is grammatically proper?1. I need to talk with Tom about this issue.2. I need to talk with Tom this issue.if I need the prep. about here or not?
