Which of the following sentences are acceptable?

    1. Only if didnít he send the money back home more than one month, his mother would make a phone call to him to shout with abuse.
    2. As long as he has never sent money to go home for a month, his mother calls him to denounce openly.

Neither makes any sense, especially in the early parts.
I think you mean that his mother rings him to abuse him if he goes longer than a month without sending any money.
    3. "If he goes longer than one month without sending money home, his mother rings him to abuse him."
