    Wink liquor in the front

    good afternoon of morning. i'd like to ask for defenition of one phrase, so it looks like this "liquor in the front, poker in the rear" maybe that means something and you will discribe me the meaning. thank u very much.

    There's some dispute about the phrase, but it would appear to be that the activity in the rear is ilegal.
