    Post Usage of 'moreover'

    Dear teachers,

Am I correct with the following interpretation?

She is a great woman. She deserves the best. Moreover, she has a degree and therefore, should not be treated like she has [been] all these years.

Interpretation: A degree grants someone the right of not being insulted (or similar).

    Many thanks

Yes, but all you can say is that a degree grants someone immunity from being treated "like she has been" - which I think is what you mean.
