    Although/though and even though/even if

    What's the difference between this group of words? When should I use the first or the second?

    "Although", "though", and "even though" are interchangeable for the most part. "Even if" introduces a supposition, whereas the other three introduce facts.

    N.B.: "Though" is the only one that can be placed at the end of a sentence.
