'Ever' can't be used with past form?

    Well, in present form.
'Do you ever get tired?' <- It can be used.
And also past perfect and future.
'Have you ever been there, Will he ever pay it?'
    But what about past?
'Did she ever pay the money to you?' ---> is this wrong?

'Ever' can be used with past tense forms.

Do you/will you/did you ever do
    Have/had you ever done

    Context will help.
