Kind of drifting into the abstract in terms of how I see myself.

Kind of drifting into the abstract in terms of how I see myself.
Sometimes I think I can see right through myself.

What does the line in red mean?

(It was written by a native speaker friend of mine on FB. Though I am sure about the context, it can mean something sad!)

Also what does the line in blue mean? I think it means I can see what I am going through (i.e) I can see my own suffering!

Though It is written by a native, is it well written?

Normally, "to see through" someone means to be able to recognize their true motives and intentions. Like "My brother-in-law is being all buddy-buddy with me lately, but I can see through him. I know he wants to borrow some money from me."

If I had to guess I would say the writer here is stepping back from his or her own self and viewing his life "abstractly," meaning in an impersonal, detached way. He is able to "see through" himself to reveal his own motives.
