Hello, I come from Poland and I've got a question concerning a suffix "to-be". I learnt from several dictionaries that it is used when we say about somebody who will soon be parent, bride. I haven't found any other examples, so my question is: Is it possible to use this suffix in any noun, like : president-to-be, student-to-be or lawyer-to-be? I would appreciate a quick reply, thank you in advance. :)

Yes, and with many other nouns where the classification of an entity refers to a future state. I would appreciate a quick (relax, life is short!) reply, thank you in advance. :)
