I have 3 questions, please.

1- Do you agree with this list?
2- Does that mean the American speakers don't use the British vocabulary and vice versa
3- Is there an approximate number of the words that not same in both AmE and BrE

If you try to include simple spelling differences, the list would much, much longer. Many words with OU just have O in the American spelling, there are some double-consonant differences, and some Z and S differences.

For the vocabulary differences, as an American, I use the blue version except as noted below.
5- anywhere _____________anyplace - equally likely
6- luggage _____________baggage - more likely to use "luggage"
8- friend_____________buddy - unlikely to use "buddy"
9- wallet_____________billfold - I never "billfold"
10- taxi_____________cab - equally likely
18- autumn_____________fall - both
21- prison_____________jail - these are different things
27- film _____________movie - both
