It's /glen/ (in standard Britsh phonological symbols). It rhymes with pen, men, den, etc.

:up: In Br English you can't have a schwa in a stressed syllable, and there's no way you can remove the stress from a monosyllable when it's a name- it'd be hard to remove the stress from 'glen' but impossible to remove it from 'Glenn'.
