    correct preposition

    Is the correct preposition used in this sentence:

    Enclosed is check no. X in amount of $X for the x# payment of the above referenced case/account.

    I would say "Enclosed is cheque no XXX, in the amount of £XXX, in payment of the above account/invoice.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
