    28-did a dance?

    Dear all

    Hello

    Is this sentence grammatically correct?
(An MBA student jumped on top of the counter and did a dance.)
Shall I use DID A DANCE or I should say
    ( and danced.)

    Thanks a million

    Matilda

    Re: 28-did a dance?

    Both work:

    . . . did a (kind of) dance <noun>
    . . . danced <verb>

    Hope that helps.
