    was wondering

Teacher, did I use "I was wondering" correctly? Are there any errors in these sentences? Thank you.

I was wondering if you have found the forms I sent you several months ago. Just in case, you didn't find them, I have decided to send a new package of new forms for your signature.

Your usage of "I was wondering" is correct. In the following sentence, you should to omit the first comma and the second "new."

Just in case you didn't find them, I have decided to send a new package of forms for your signature.
