    sentence correction

    Hello
Could you be so kind and check these 2 sentences. They do not sound right to me but I do not know what to change.

These charges were originally paid by Mr Fox then Expedia rang us asking for a refund of this payment as full account should has been billed back to Expedia. I am forwarding the email which was sent by Expedia as confirmation.
    Many thanks
    Joanna

    Re: sentence correction

    Welcome to the forums, Joannak81.

I'm afraid I can't make sense of what you wrote.

Who is owed money? Mr. Fox paid what was owed, I understand that. I don't understand why Expedia is asking for a refund, if Mr. Fox is the one who paid it.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
