    Which one is correct?

    I would like to know what time is.

    The second one, unless you are asking for a definition of "time".

    With the addition of one word, as I have shown above in red, both would be correct.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
