1. They said to him, Sir, we are very sorry for coming late today.

2. We said to her, Madam, we shall not come to school tomorrow.

3. He said to them, Good bye ! My friends.

Please change into indirect speech. So that, I can learn it by this.

Thanks

1. They said to him respectfully that they were very sorry for coming late that day.
2. We said to her respectfully that we would not come to school the next day.
Those are grammatically correct, but rather stiff. The 'respectfully' is not needed in British English, though it may be in your variety. We generally prefer tell someone something to say something to someone:
They told him (that) they were very sorry for coming late that day.
It's just as natural to say: They apologised to him for coming late that day.

Similarly, #2 is better as: We told her (that) we would not come to school the next day.
3. He said to them, Good bye! My friends.
No. He said goodbye to his friends.

5jj already gave you that answer. It's "He said goodbye to his friends". "To say goodbye" is a recognised verb. Remember that not all verbs simply consist of "to + single word".

1. Good night, Mr. Tom, said he, I am going to bed now.

He said Good night he was going to bed then.

2. Good bye said he, as he shut the door.

He said good bye as he shut the door.

3. Good morning sir, said the stranger to me.

Greetings said the stranger to him.

Please check and comment whether it is correct or not. And guide me the links where I could practice direct and Indirect in more detail. my exam term has set 20 marks set for direct and indirect.

"Goodbye" is just one word, not two.
