    Please help me make the following poster natural and acceptable to native speakers.
    English evening
    The school’s conference hall
    from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
    Two or three items prepared
    by
    Each group
    English songs, plays, jokes, stories, English poems
    Welcome

    My suggestion would be:

    English Evening
    Tuesday 7th May 2013
    7pm to 10pm
    Including songs, plays, jokes, stories and poems, all performed in English by our groups
    All welcome
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    No. Please look at my suggested version again and try to use the same constructions. A "PS" is definitely not appropriate on a poster for an event.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
