My suggestion would be:

English Evening
Tuesday 7th May 2013
7pm to 10pm
Including songs, plays, jokes, stories and poems, all performed in English by our groups
All welcome

No. Please look at my suggested version again and try to use the same constructions. A "PS" is definitely not appropriate on a poster for an event.
