    My teacher asked to eplainthe difference between the following sentences: * a) By the time I arrived, Jimhad already left. b) Jim left before I arrived - I do not understand....
    and I do not understand this sentence
    If the weather is warm, we will go out tonight".

    Please can you explain to me.

    You've listed your native language as British English. Fix your profile, and we might be able to help - otherwise it's really hard to know what difficulty you're having with it.
    Also, which part of, "If the weather is warm, we will go out tonight" don't you get?
