I wrote these sentences and I confused which one is correct.

1.
1) She can't run or write well either.
2) She can't run well or write well either.

Which one is correct?

2.

1)The young migrants emigrate to better-off neighboring countries.
2) The young migrant emigrates to btter-off neighboring countries.

Which one is correct?

Please help~:)

Please ask unrelated questions in separate threads. I'm ignoring your first question, because your title deals with the second question.

One migrant: The migrant emigrates.
More than one: The migrants emigrate.

I don't like the style of using "migrate" and "emigrate" in the same sentence. It's redundant.
