The articles are fine. However, I would make the job title stand out a little more. There is no need to say "I am writing to ..." - they will receive either a letter or an email from you. It's clear you are writing. I also think "I feel that it is the job for me" is a little informal and comes too early in the letter. If there is a space on the actual application form for an explanation of why you want to apply for the job, you could add it there.

I wish to apply for the Teacher's Assistant position, advertised in [name of publication/website] on [date].
