Does "Partnership trust" sound natural in English?

It is not a trustees managed organization or something like that, but is the opening phrase of an acrostic, which is write for the name PLZ:

    Partnership trust,
    Leverage of strength,
    Zest for work.

Does the first line sound natural?

None of it sounds natural to me, and only the last one makes sense.
