Provide labour to Lay-out cardboard, tape and protect floor during repair period

    Hello all members!

    Provide labour to Lay-out cardboard
, tape and protect floor during repair period.

I would like to concentrate on the fragment in bold type.

Does Provide labour to Lay-out cardboard mean Provide workers in order (for them) to distribute cardboard.

    Thank you.

The sentence is taken from a repair specification.

Yes, but I wouldn't use the term "distribute". Rather, I would use "place" or "set down".
