    Hi all!
I discovered yesterday this site which I'm sure will be very useful.
I'm brazilian and I like to read books in English.
As a first question, I'd like to know how I can say:

"the patients are twenty years old or less"
"the patients are twenty years old or under"
both sentences are incorrect? In this case how can I say it?
