I want to know which is more natural.


That ball has caused a lot of trouble to/for you.

Before we start to answer your question, please edit your post:

- You have misspelt "of" in your title
- You have misspelt "trouble" in your title
- We do not put a space on either side of a "slash". It should look like this: to you/for you

As a general rule, we say that something causes trouble for someone. As always though, context might dictate otherwise.
