    When stating an amount of money, IE $1.34, is it correct to say "one dollar AND thirty-four cents" or "one dollar thirty-four cents?" Thank you.

    I'd say both would be OK, though it's quicker without and. Do you need to say cents? In the UK, we just say 'one pound thirty-four' and don't bother with 'pence'.
