Smile Can I use rather with sentences?

    Hello everyone,

Can I use rather with sentences? Or should it come before an adjective and adverb only?
I wish I had better English, but I work hard to improve it. I'm studying for IGCSE, so I'm only interested in BrE.

Can you give an example of what you want to say?

That sentence, with or without 'rather' is not correct English.
