    Can you tell me that the underlined portion from Sr. No. 1 to Sr. No. 3 are talking about future or not i.e. something will happen in future but that is not possible
    Sr. No. 4 (underlined portion is talking about past)

    1) If I had the time, I would learn Italian
    2) If I had more time, I should learn some more about IT.
    3) If I had more time I could learn Hindi.

    4) If I had known, I would have helped.

    They seem to be referring to a present situation, an impossible one because of the lack of time. The fourth refers to the past.
