    Phrase meaning

    Hi,

Could you please help me with the meaning of the following phrase?
"You've got a way with words"

    Thank you

    Re: Phrase meaning

Having a way with something usually connotes having some level of expertise, or skill, and often creative or subtle in nature. More closely, an aptitude. So, "you have a way with words." means simply you speak very well, or you have a way with people means you interact with people well.
