Hi Dear Joe,

I really appreciate you for the unforgettable moments that you've created in all of the fans' life.
Here in my country, you've got huge number of fans that meeting you is their dream.
You taught me that we need to try hard and not to give up in life in order to achieve what we want.
I'll miss the way that you chew gum, I'll miss the way that you smile,I'll miss you so very much.
I wish you the best and hope to meet you one day.

Best regards,

No. You want to say "Dear Joe" something similar to open a letter.

You have confused the word "thought" with "taught."

And does the person who chews guns spit out bullets?

It's much more pleasant to chew gums (though chewing gums may also cause health disorders).)

You "chew gum." It's uncountable in that context.

Which fans? You should say "all of your fans' lives."

Here in my country, you've got huge number of fans that meeting you is their dream.

"A huge number of fans who dream of meeting you."

I'll miss the way that you chew gum, I'll miss the way that you smile,I'll miss you so very much.

This is a run-on. Maybe you can claim poetic license here, but as prose it should be separate sentences.
I wish you the best and hope to meet you one day.

OK. But I don't understand how you can "miss" him if you have never met him.

Thanks Buddy, I edited my post.
Please don't do that in future. Editing the original post makes much of the rest of the thread incomprehensible to later readers. Instead, submit your revised version in a new post. The thread will then make sense.

It's not a good idea to address people you don't know as 'Buddy', unless their name happens to be Buddy.
