    Is it correct to add "is acute" there?

    I do wonder if it's a veiled insult. That is, the person thinks you have a very poor understanding of the issue and that your tweets are chaotic and unclear.
    I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
