    Red face Comparison with adverbs of Frequency

    Kindly help me to answer all my confusions with this below sentence:

    1.'' I don't watch TV AS OFTEN AS my sister does. ''
    A.- My sister watches TV MORE OFTENthan I do.
    B.- My sister OFTEN watches TV MORE than I do.
    I can't know which of them is the correct answer. Please help me with my stupid problem!

    I'm not sure that I understand what the question is exactly. All the sentences that you posted (1, A, B) are grammatically correct and mean the same things (just stated differently).

    In my view, the third sentence is different from the first two. The first two have the same meaning -- your sister always or or almost always watches more TV than you do. The third sentence, however, says that your sister frequently watches more TV than you do, but does not rise to discrepency noted in the first two.
