I'll drop you home. Is it correct or we have to use "at" before home?
Can I also use "get" in place of "drop"?

It's correct. You could use "at" before "home" but most native speakers (BrE) wouldn't. If you change "drop" to "get", you will change the meaning. I could say to someone "I'll get you home" and I might mean "I'll pay for your bus fare" or something similar. If I say "I'll drop you home", I mean "I will drive you to your house".
