I wonder which one is grammatical and sounds natural.

I can hear 1 and 2. If you added "an" after "half", 3 would be correct as well.

I find all three of yours unnatural. In BrE, we don't generally use "a half hour".

"A half hour" doesn't sound strange to me, but I prefer "half an hour."
