    1. "Golden Anniversary" is unnatural. We would probably say "50th Anniversary" or "Golden Jubilee". We do say "Golden Wedding Anniversary" but that is specific to the terminology for wedding anniversaries.

    2. Several problems - we don't "make photos known to people". You can't have "roles in this photo" - people, animals and places appear in photos. "Will back" is incorrect. There are at least two articles missing.

I will make a stab at it and suggest "The school authority has made these photos public and hopes that the people shown in those photos will return to their alma mater to help celebrate the school's 50th Anniversary".
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    Re: expect / hope for

I rewrite #1 as following. Which is acceptable, or better?

    1. Zhao-Dong Elementary School celebrates its golden jubilee this year.
    2. Zhao-Dong Elementary School celebrates its semicentennial this year.
    3. Zhao-Dong Elementary School celebrates its 50th anniversary this year.

    Re: expect / hope for

I got it. It's just an elementary school, not a country or a king.

    Re: expect / hope for

That's not it. The capital letters in 'Zhao-Dong Elementary School' are just fine.

    Re: expect / hope for

You can still use Golden Jubilee, even if it's not a monarch celebrating. "50th Anniversary" is probably the most common.
