    Need suggestion

    Hey..Iam an MSc Biotech '12 student in India and really willing to pursue phd life sciences in abroad. Right now I am not working and preparing cover letters and all. I have 7 months of wrk exp. I dnt have any idea abt when I vil get the oppurtunity fr abroad. So, should I join a project wrk or a phd in india in the meantime?? Please suggest me..I am really not able to decide.
